Last weekend I had the privilege to be the personal attendant for my friend Jenny's wedding.
Background: Jenny and I met each other because our moms were both nurses at our local hospital. Honestly...I'm not sure how old we were, but young! Jenny and I became closer in high school and college. When asked at her wedding how we knew each other she said, "Kayla, is the friend that got me through the darkest days of my entire life." That is the relationship we had...we were there through good and bad...happy and hard times. I am thankful for the many things God has taught me through Jenny! So thankful that God used me to impact her life all those years ago...thankful that, although unworthy, He still chooses to use me in her life and many others.
The wedding day fabulous...the girls had plenty of time to get ready (from my experience, this always seems to be the most stressful part...but this day...it was relaxed and fun)...pictures were outside (it was cold, but not frigid-until the carriage pictures)...it wasn't bad weather...the chapel was in a beautiful location...the Bride was STUNNING! Pictures are worth a thousand words...so...for most I'll just post...but I'll comment on a few! ENJOY!
